The exterior is coming together

The porch has a metal roof and the concrete has been poured. It looks like they still need to paint the exterior trim but because of the cold temps, they may have to wait until after we close.

      I hate to ask, bit have you heard back from NVR on your appraisal? We close on the 2nd and we still have no idea what the appraisal is ...

    Nice pics. Is your exterior elevation one of the Craftsman series? It looks like it from the shutters, shaker siding, and metal porch roof.

      Thanks, Nick. They call it one of their Cottage elevations. The shaker looks darker in person - my cell pics are not great.

    Your exterior is looking nice! I think we are pretty much at the same point. We are so close to the finish line at this point!!!! Almost there.

      Both of our houses are almost done! Hard to believe that 90 days ago it was just a pile of lumber.
